All Timing is Divine Timing

You know how when something happens at "just the right time," people say "oh, Divine Timing."

I admit, I say it too. It's a common enough phrase.

But I worry when we do that we lost sight of the fact that ALL timing is Divine Timing.

Everything happens exactly when and how it's supposed to. That doesn't always mean we're going to love it or feel excited about it in the moment.

It does mean, that whatever is happening is supposed to happen exactly when and how it is.

See, the Universe ALWAYS has our best and highest good in mind. Therefore, even the "bad" stuff, isn't bad. It's may be uncomfortable, traumatic, etc., but it's all happening to help us grow and become the person we're truly meant to be.

No, it doesn't mean you should throw up your hands when something happens that you don't like.

No, it doesn't mean you should stop trying to take steps towards your goals and dreams.

No, it doesn't mean you should stop holding other accountable for their actions by creating healthy boundaries.

It does mean that you should trust whatever is happening is part of your life journey.

It does mean you should look for the lessons, for the growth areas.

It does mean should should seek help if/when you need to. In fact, the "bad" thing could be happening to bring you and a particular person together for some reason.

It does mean you should be grateful to be living a human existence and for all the ups and downs that entails.

It does mean that if things don't happen on YOUR timeframe, there's a reason for it, even if you don't know what that reason is in the moment.

It does mean you should you be open to changing direction if that feels like the right thing to do.

It does mean you should be open to releasing people or things that no longer serve you so that you can allow new people and things to enter.

Because, in the end, the Universe has a plan and all timing is Divine Timing.

We absolutely have free will, but, I believe, our end point is pre-determined. If/when we do something with our free will that potentially puts us off course, the Universe has to reroute us.

And it may use "bad" things to do that.

Think of it as carrot and stick. When we stay on course, things go well. When we veer off, we're given a challenge as a way to grow and as a reminder of our path.

My call for you today is trust in the Divine Timing of all things and let go of the belief that only "good" things are Divine Timing.
